These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications (including SmartKwam and ResiFind), and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AdvannoSmart (Pty) Ltd ("AdvannoSmart", "we", "us", or "our"), a subsidiary of AdvannoTech.

3. Our Services

SmartKwam

SmartKwam provides a unified platform for controlling smart home devices. The functionality of SmartKwam depends on the compatibility of your devices and your internet connection. We do not guarantee compatibility with all smart home devices and are not responsible for third-party device performance.

ResiFind

ResiFind is a platform connecting students with accommodation providers. We act as an intermediary and do not own, manage, or control any listed properties. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of properties, or disputes between students and property owners. All bookings are subject to the terms agreed upon between the relevant parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our Services without permission
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including property listings)

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design - are owned by AdvannoSmart or our licensors and are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

You may submit content through our Services, such as reviews, listings, and messages. By submitting content, you grant AdvannoSmart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing our Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.

7. Payments and Fees

Certain features of our Services may require payment. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Refund policies vary by product and will be communicated at the point of purchase.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
